        These are some steps when you sell a house.




GET THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE

You have to get the right price for your house. I will visit your house to check the condition, and explain what is going on your neighbors. If you do not get the right price, you will miss many prospective buyers and it will be difficult to sell your house later, no matter how nice your home is........


 

SIGN THE LISITNG CONTRACT

When you sign the listing contract, I will explain how to market your house. You also will have the insurance during the lisitng period.


 

ADVERTIZEMENT

I will put the sign in front of your house, let all realtors know your house is on market. It will be on computer system, also on newspapers.

 

OPEN HOUSE, ETC

Prospective buyers have to see inside of your home. The more people see your house, The better for selling process. I will usually have Sunday open house. Cooperating brokers will bring pre-qualified buyers.


 

GET AN OFFER - EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT


When you get an offer ro buy your house, you will negotiate the conditions of the contract. If you and new buyers agree the conditons, you will have the contract. As you experienced when you bought the house, they are more steps to go, however, this is the very important step to sell your house.
